Competition for the development of web-page design department

Competition announces engineering faculty dean UlSU.
Registration of participants (by e-mail: khuinok@ulsu12.net) - up to 20.01.2012, the Results of the competition - with the public at 30.01 06/02/2012 (survey of students, visitors and all interested parties).
The developers of the three best projects will be awarded (1st Prize - 300 lev , 2nd Prize - 200 lev, 3rd prize - 100 lev).
The winner will be awarded the contract for the site layout to the domain mf.ulsu12.net.

Target Audience

Tasks web-site

1. Beautiful and functional representation of the faculty;
2. The motivation of high school graduates, high schools, gymnasiums, etc. to enter the Ministry of Finance;
3. Informing students:

Consultations on the current schedule of teachers;
On semester schedules of learning processes;
On the list of subjects in each specialty with commentary;

4. Informing teachers;
5. Informing the scientific community and users of scientific information on research performed, publications, and finished products.
The style and colors of the site

The overall style should be modern and business.
The interface should be informative, "light" is not overloaded with different graphic elements. Site design must contain the University logo displayed on all pages.
Imposition of "rubber" (stretch to fit the screen of the monitor).
The structure of the site

The site should have a home page of faculty and chairs made in the same style (at the discretion of the designer - with different pictures (icons, photographs, etc.) that display the direction of the Department of A possible structure of the menu

Placing banner ads on the site will not be.
The use of JavaScript, Flash, Dinamic HTML - at the discretion of the designer, but the use must not especially affect the page loading speed.
The site should be concise, with easy and intuitive navigation, a balanced color spectrum, "light" and fast to boot (HTML-version).
